Start of sales of electronic components (by Fairchild and other companies) by TEL

Acquisition of electronic component divisions (currently the semiconductor and electronic devices business) from TEL and full-scale start as a semiconductor trading company

inrevium, TED’s own brand, launched
inrevium, a brand created for in-house semiconductor product development and design work, was launched Striving to be a trading company with manufacturing functions

Reinforcement of business in Asia
Tokyo Electron Device Hong Kong Ltd. (TED Hong Kong) established as a subsidiary in Hong Kong, China

Handling of computers and network devices starts
TED acquired the computer and network business (currently the computer systems related business) from TEL and started a new business

Trading company functions expanded further with the establishment of domestic and overseas subsidiaries
Tokyo Electron Device Singapore (“TED Singapore”) established as a subsidiary in Singapore
PAN Electron Company established as a domestic sales subsidiary - December 2010

TED shares transferred from the Second Section to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Aval Nagasaki Corporation (currently Tokyo Electron Device Nagasaki Limited) acquired and becomes a consolidated subsidiary
An effort to expand manufacturing services by contributing to product development and manufacturing aspects provided by the inrevium in-house brand

FAST Corporation acquired and becomes a consolidated subsidiary
The aim was to develop new products that integrate image processing and robotics technologies by providing advanced image processing application solutions

TED shares were transferred to the Prime Market in conjunction with the reorganization of the Tokyo Stock exchange on April 4, 2022
