Tokyo Electron Device Limited announced that its Board of Directors had adopted a resolution to make changes in Corporate Officer and Representative Director as below on November 27, 2014.
1. Reason for the changes
Yasuyuki Kuriki, President & Representative Director, tendered his resignation as President & Representative Director, for personal reasons.
2. Names and titles of the new and the retiring President & Representative Director
